Our policy regarding Covid-19
The health and well being of our guests is our top priority. Therefore, while continuing our effort to provide top quality service for our guests we have increased our health protocols for Covid 19. Following all new measures from the E.O.D.Y. and the WHO to guarantee the maximum level of safety for our beloved guests.

Our hotel is cooperating with a doctor for prompt handling of a Covid case. Our staff and management have been educated to inform the guests about measures of social distances and to identify a suspect case. They are also equipped with every means of personal protection.

General rules and recommendations
Our beloved guests are kindly advised to keep the distances from our staff along with the other guests and keep the hygiene rules such as thorough hand wash and mandatory disinfection when entering restaurant or bar and when using communal facilities such as elevators or pool showers and toilets .Disinfectants are in all communal and public areas .

Traceability
For the purposes of public health protection actions, the hotel management must keep a record of:
1. Staff members
2. All persons staying at the hotel/tourist accommodation: -name, nationality, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail), , in order to allow contact with the close relations of any COVID-19 case, which may be identified retrospectively.
3. External partners/guests who enter the hotel either for work (which is recorded exactly where and when it was done) or for a meeting with a relative or friend staying or working at the hotel.

Every room requires at least 4 hours of ventilation, except thorough cleaning and disinfection. Keys are sterilized with special disinfectants and guests are advised to carry the keys with them and not leave them in reception.

Accommodation
Our hotel’s first priority, except for our thorough and deep cleaning, has proceeded to removing all common used objects from the rooms such as decorative pillows, informative leaflets and remote controls are wrapped with single use film.

The A/C facilities have been checked by the representative of Daikin company and have been cleaned with special detergents of the company along with the annual service .

Linen
All hotel linen is washed according to all hygiene measures and of course, clean and not clean linen are always separate during transfer in different color bags.

Food and beverage
All our meals are in rich buffet style, as always with the difference that our buffet is protected by plexi-glass and food is served to our guests by our employer so as our drinks.Salt ,pepper and sugar ,mayo,sauces and jam are provided in individual packages . Kitchen and restaurant stuff is equipped with all means of personal protection. The restaurant staff is also responsible for the thorough cleansing and sterilization for cutlery and crockery ,and of course the cleaning and disinfection of tables and chairs .

Breakfast time: 7:30-9:30
Lunch time: 13:00-14:30
Dinner time: 19:30-21:30

POOL
We have implemented all covid 19 hygiene rules for our pools and practicing 3 measurings in daily basis .

Social distancing in sunbeds and umbrellas and automatic disinfectants dispensers .

Our pool is in total 220 m2 and can cover 22 bathers at the same time We wish you a safe and good lodging .
